Review of Meindl Burma Pro MFS GTX
Review by Darren Fielding 11th March 2009, 21:24Take anything just leave my Meindle Burma Pros!

The good:
Pick your favourite superlative and insert it throughout this review. I bought Meindl because I found my last pair of Brasher Hillmasters to be a bit less sturdy than I wanted. A friend swore by the Burma Pro but put me off by being a little too evangalistic (like I'm being here!). Anyway I trawled the net and couldn't find a bad review so I decided to give them a go. They're now a year old and I have used them pretty much every week between the UK and a couple of trips to the Alps. I wore them all summer and winter and never had need to question my decision. I've met a lot of Meindl wearers and none of them seem to have any doubt either. So my advice is if you're in any doubt about waht boots to buy try a pair of Meindl Burma Pros.
The bad:
One day I'll have to replace them. The name Meindl Burma Pro MFS GTX is way too long!
