Countrymaster GTX Shoe

The good:

During 1996, I purchased my first pair of Chris Brasher Countrymaster shoes, prior to an expedition in Peru. In 2000 traversed Iceland from North to South and in 2001 walked the entire length of the Death Railway in Thailand, some 400klm. In 2004 I led an expedition in West Africa celebrating the 200th Anniversary of the birth of a forgotten explorer called Richard Lander. Having worn the original Brasher shoe on each of these ventures, although I have only had them resoled twice, this year, sadly I had to throw them away after 15 years of stirling service with unrivaled comfort. I now look forward to the next 15 years and my new pair of GTX Shoes.

The bad:

None- well done Brasher
