Review of Inov-8 Roclite 315 Trail Shoes

The good:

Superb fit snug and low at the heel suits mid foot running style, lightweight and good all round grip on tarmac and fell. I've just ordered a 2nd pair.

The bad:

I had my previous pair for almost a year after wearing out two pairs of Flyroc withing 6 months. While these have warn well they now have no grip at all in muddy conditions as the lugs are down to the last mm or two.
