Review of Meindl Vakuum GTX Boots
Review by Tom Shaw 25th October 2009, 14:07Meindl Vakuum

The good:
This boot also performs very well on Scrambles due to it's fairly stiff sole and close fit in the toe area, The Rubber Rand also makes it extremely Robust and suitable for the roughest terrain e.g. Skye Ridge in summer. Very Good value for money paid and particularly impressed with out of the box comfort little breaking in needed due to 'MFS' system.
The bad:
To get the best comfort and performance from this boot a little 'experimentation' is neccessary with the lacing system before optimum comfort is obtained other than that no other issues a near perfect boot that punches well above it's weight.
